Binance cryptocurrency exchange has allocated $1.2 million to help Ukrainian migrants

Ukrainians with IDP status can receive payments from the Binance cryptocurrency exchange.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Binance has allocated $1.2 million to help Ukrainian migrants. The disbursement was made possible by the Ministry’s cooperation with the founder of Binance – CZ.

To receive assistance, you must be verified in one of the funds: Rotary Kyiv, ‘Palyanytsia’ and iSans. You can apply for funding at [email protected]. Payments will be credited to the cryptocurrency for three months, after which the money can be withdrawn to a bank card ($75 per month).

By the way, the pilot project was launched in Lviv region and already 1000 people have received payments. Before that, Binance has already paid 1,713 Ukrainians who were forced to leave for the European Union, and plans to help a total of 5,000 refugees from Ukraine.
