Capable of carrying 25 kg of explosives: Mugin 5 drones attacked occupied Crimea – rosmedia

In the occupied Crimea, the occupiers spotted several aircraft-type drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces flying to attack the peninsula.

This was reported by the Russian edition of Mash.

“Four aircraft-type drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked Crimea. Presumably, all of them were Chinese-made Mugin 5 pro models that were spotted on the peninsula the day before,” the statement said.

It is noted that one UAV was destroyed on the western Cape Tarkhankut. Two more allegedly fell in the village of Chornomorske, one of them near a residential building. The latter fell a hundred meters away from the Kiparis settlement in the Chornomorsk district.

Traditionally, no casualties or damage have been reported.

“Such drones can fly for 7 hours and carry up to 25 kg of explosives. The range is about 800 kilometers. The average speed is 120 km/h. Each costs about $11,000,” Mash writes about the drones.

At the time of publication, the occupation administration of Crimea has not officially commented on the UAV attack.
