China sold military equipment to Russians – ISW

The occupiers received, in particular, parts for drones

China has sold military and dual-use equipment to unidentified Russian organizations.

This is stated in a report by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

The occupiers received rifles, parts for drones, and equipment that can be used for military purposes. The analysts add that the sales are made in small batches and in all but one of the confirmed cases do not include companies with ties to the Chinese government.

“However, such Chinese shipments are important because they can ease the burden on Russia’s overburdened military-industrial complex (MIC) and circumvent Western attempts to limit Russia’s access to microchips,” the report says.
