Coca-Cola resumed the production of Schweppes at the plant in de-occupied Velika Dymerka

Coca-Cola has resumed the production and supply of beverages under the Schweppes brand in Ukraine. The company’s plant on the territory of the de-occupied Kyiv region is gradually returning to its usual mode of operation.

We are talking about the Coca-Cola plant in Velyka Dymerka, Kyiv region, which came under the temporary control of the Russian occupiers at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia.

The Ukrainian representative office of the company noted that the foreign enterprise ‘Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited’ is gradually resuming the operation of the plant in the Kyiv region and the range of products produced there.

The facilities are located in Velika Dymerka, not far from Brovary. As a result of the occupation of the Russian troops, the company’s factory did not work for almost two months, and during this time only the remaining products in the warehouses and the company’s imported drinks from other countries were supplied to Ukrainian stores.

After the deoccupation, Coca-Cola began to gradually restore production facilities. Back in May, the company managed to establish the production of Coca-Cola, Fanta and Sprite drinks, and now products under the Schweppes brand have been added to the range.

By the way, as a result of the occupation of Velika Dymerka, the infrastructure of the Coca-Cola plant did not undergo critical destruction, but after the liberation of the territory, problems arose with the supply of raw materials for the production of beverages.
