Crimean volunteers have created a unique drone “Kanyuk” for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Crimean volunteers have begun to create a drone for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, naming it “Buzzard” in honor of the bird of prey that studied the insides of a Russian Orlan UAV that was landed by Ukrainian soldiers. This was reported by the Army of Drones.

General characteristics of “Kanyuk”:

  • Flight speed: up to 300 km/h;
  • Payload: can carry a charge from an RPG;
  • Weight: 10-12 kg;
  • Flight range: 70 km.

One of the advantages of the Kanyuk is its impressive speed and range, which makes it much more efficient, especially compared to other drones. The developers emphasize that it is able to carry a significant amount of charge, providing high functionality.

Combat use of the Kanyuk has already been successfully carried out at the front, demonstrating its reliability and efficiency.

The efforts of Crimean volunteers have created not only a technologically advanced drone, but also a symbolic act of support for the military in defending Ukraine’s independence.
