During the morning missile attack on Ukraine, Poland sent up F-16 fighters
Poland scrambles F-16 fighter jets because of Russia’s new massive missile attack on Ukraine.

“In order to ensure the safety of Polish airspace, two pairs of F-16 fighters and an allied refueling plane were taken into the air,” the command said.
At around 5:45 a.m., a pair of fighter jets deployed at the base in Lasky took off, and at around 6:15 a.m., a pair from the base in Kshesyny took off.
“We warn you that the activities of Polish and allied aircraft in our airspace may be associated with increased noise levels, especially in the eastern part of the country,” the statement said.
