Elections in Russia: people carry Molotov cocktails, brilliant green and burn ballot boxes (video)

The so-called presidential elections are underway in Russia, and some citizens are expressing their attitude to what is happening in an extremely active way. For example, cases of ballot spoilage and arson of booths and polling stations have been reported throughout Russia.

For example, several cases of ballot box spoilage have been reported, with people pouring green or ink into ballot boxes. For example, in Simferopol, a girl poured greenery on a ballot box. She smuggled the green stuff in a juice box. She filmed her actions on her phone. At the same time, the police officer did not interfere with her, but calmly watched her finish the green paint, and only then took her out.

The day before, in Moscow, a girl poured green paint on a ballot box with ballots, shouting pro-Ukrainian slogans. The girl was reportedly detained and a case was opened against her.

A similar incident occurred today in the city of Borisoglebsk, Voronezh region. There, a woman came to a polling station in the Southeastern neighborhood and poured green into the ballot box during the voting.

In addition, Russians are massively burning down voting booths and polling stations.

For example, in Moscow, a woman set fire to a voting booth. Another case of arson was reported in Moscow: an elderly woman tried to set fire to a voting booth in Mytishchi with gasoline.

In St. Petersburg, a Molotov cocktail was thrown into a polling station. According to the Russian media, she is a student of the Herzen Pedagogical University from the Far East. The girl may face criminal charges of terrorism.

According to the head of the Russian CEC, Ella Pamfilova, “the explanations of those detained for defacing ballot boxes show that this is “not ordinary hooliganism, but with elements of terrorism” and the trail leads abroad.”

According to her, such violations are punishable by up to five years in prison.
