Explosion in Mariupol: occupants take aircraft into the air

A massive explosion was heard in the occupied city, after which the Russians took off.

On Friday, October 13, an explosion occurred in the temporarily occupied Mariupol, Donetsk region. The Russian invaders sent aircraft into the sky. This was reported by Petro Andriushchenko, an adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, on Telegram.

“There was a loud explosion in Mariupol. All districts of the city heard it,” he wrote.

According to Andriushchenko, immediately after the explosion, enemy aircraft moved unusually actively toward Donetsk.

“Could it be that the air defense system has landed its plane again?” – the mayor’s advisor asked rhetorically.

On October 6, it was reported that Russian air defense had shot down its own plane near Mariupol, the fifth since the beginning of the war.
