For the first time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces showed on video a British anti-aircraft system based on the Supacat HMT truck and equipped with AIM-132 ASRAAM missiles
Ukraine received air defense systems based on the Supacat HMT truck from the UK. This is the first time such an anti-aircraft system has appeared on video.
The video was posted by @front_ukrainian on Twitter. The video shows a system with MBDA’s AIM-132 ASRAAM missiles. It is known that the Armed Forces of Ukraine use such anti-aircraft systems to combat enemy drones. The system can engage air targets at a distance of up to 25 km.

By the way, information about the launchers based on Supacat HMT trucks first appeared in the summer of 2023. This air defense system was specially developed for Ukraine by British engineers.
