Garmin unveiled Venu 3 and Venu 3S smartwatches without LTE and 5G support for $450

Garming has announced a pair of smartwatches. The new products are called Venu 3 and Venu 3S. They differ in size and operating time without recharging.

What is known

The main model of the series is Garmin Venu 3. The watch is equipped with an AMOLED display with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels and a diameter of 1.4″. The matrix is covered with third-generation Gorilla Glass. The portable gadget has Wi-Fi, ANT+, Bluetooth, 30 pre-installed applications, but has neither LTE nor 5G.

Garmin Venu 3 can track physical activity and analyze sleep quality. And there is even a daytime sleep detection function. The operating time without recharging is 11 days. In this regard, the new product surpasses the competitors in the face of Apple Watch Series 8 and Samsung Galaxy Watch 6.

Previously, Garmin did not have a smartwatch with wheelchair mode support in its product lineup. The Veno 3 model has fixed this. In this mode, the watch counts not steps, but jolts, while instead of moving, the device reminds you to shift your weight.

The Garmin Venu 3 has a 45 mm diameter body and weighs 46 g. The Veno 3S version is 4 mm smaller in diameter and 6 g lighter. At the same time, the operating time without recharging was reduced from 11 to 10 days.

Price and when to expect it

Garmin Venu 3 and Venu 3S cost $450. Both models are already available for order on the company’s official website.
