Giant charging stations for smartphones will appear at Ukrzaliznytsia stations

Each can charge up to 33 devices simultaneously

‘Ukrzaliznytsia’ received 100 powerful charging stations for smartphones, which will be installed at stations with the largest passenger traffic. The first stations have already taken place in the Kyiv Fortress of Invincibility.

As you can see in the photo below, these stations are quite massive and look like cabinets with separate cells, where there is a built-in outlet and a USB hub for charging gadgets. In addition, judging by the photo, these cabinets, similar to automatic storage chambers for personal belongings, are equipped with code locks, so there will be no need to protect the phone while it is charging, and instead do other things.

These charging stations were provided by the Kusto Group, a group of Kazakh entrepreneurs who actively support humanitarian projects in Ukraine. The stations were manufactured in record time in Turkey specifically for Ukrzaliznytsia and, despite difficult logistics, were delivered to Ukraine already at the beginning of the year.

One such station can charge up to 33 devices at the same time and will allow travelers to always be connected despite possible blackouts.
