The Google Maps online map service has stopped hiding secret objects of the Russian army.
In Google Maps, all military and strategic facilities in Russia have become available at maximum resolution. Now a variety of intercontinental ballistic missile launchers, command posts, secret ranges and more can be seen with a resolution of about 0.5 meters per pixel. at that time, they were displayed at times in worse quality, which did not allow disassembling and examine all the details, – said in a statement.
In particular, in good quality you can see:
- Aircraft cruiser “Admiral Kuznetsov”;
- Nuclear munitions storage base near Murmansk;
- Fighter of the 5th generation Su-57 in the flight test center of the Ministry of Defense of the Horde;
- Launch position of an intercontinental ballistic missile;
- Air base near Kursk.
