The developers of the Helsi service have expanded the functionality of the mobile application and added the display of test results. It is noted that this is the first time in Ukraine that such an opportunity has been realized.
The results of laboratory tests and the doctor’s opinion will be sent and stored in the patient’s medical record. In the future, this information can be viewed by both the user and the doctor concerned. Currently, in order to obtain research results, Ukrainians often need to visit medical institutions, stand in lines, and keep hard copies of documents.
The app will display test results from 27 laboratories across Ukraine that currently work with Helsi. Over time, the network of institutions will be expanded.
The test results will be sent to the patient’s account automatically after the doctor or laboratory enters the relevant information into the Electronic Healthcare System (EHS) database.
Users of the service who have the Helsi mobile application installed will receive push notifications about the receipt of research results. They will be stored in the patient’s medical record in the “Medical Documents” section. There, the user will be able to familiarize themselves with them, see the doctor’s opinion, view information about the laboratory, etc.
After reviewing the test results, the patient can leave a review, giving an assessment of the laboratory’s work. This will help to improve the quality of documents with laboratory test results in the future.
