Homemade Lanos convertible spotted in Kiev (photo)
The owner of the four-door sedan simply cut off the roof with a Bulgarian.
In Ukraine, Lanos has long been a popular car. It was produced under the brands ZAZ, Daewoo and Chevrolet. It had a sedan body, a three- or five-door hatchback, a pickup truck, a van, and even an electric car. And the concept car was even a convertible.
The Kyivan apparently decided to repeat the 1995 concept. From a used Daewoo Lanos, which has survived many roads, he cut the roof, according to Top Fat. Just a Bulgarian. Thus, from the sedan ‘Lanos’ became a convertible. And in order for no one to doubt the authenticity of the Ukrainian car, the owner installed a plastic chair in the back row, which he snatched in a street cafe.
Now no Giorgetto Giugiaro, who allegedly was the designer of ‘Lanos’, does not recognize him.
