Huawei introduces the second generation of Eyewear smart glasses with support for four OS

Huawei has launched the sale of Eyewear II Smart Glasses. They are available in a variety of styles, including titanium frame, square, and frameless.

The new smart glasses have thinner temples with integrated speakers. The Chinese company’s engineers reduced the wide part of the brackets by 20%, and the tail part by 28%. The width of the brackets in these places is 9.7 and 8.3 mm, respectively.

Huawei was the first in the industry to use a co-directional dual aperture unit in smart glasses. This made it possible to increase the amplitude of the speaker by 40%. The new glasses play multimedia 30% louder than their predecessor.

The portable device can operate for up to 9 hours in talk mode and up to 11 hours in listen mode. The battery pack charges to 100% in 50 minutes. It supports seamless switching between tablets, laptops, and smartphones on Android, iOS, HarmonyOS, and Windows. The body of the gadget has IP54 protection. Thus, it can be used in the rain.

The minimum price of smart glasses is set at 235 USD.
