Hyundai has officially opened its new innovation center in Singapore to expand the brand’s presence in the electric vehicle industry.

The Center for Urban Mobility, which uses robots and artificial intelligence, provides new opportunities for buying Hyundai electric vehicles. In the third quarter, the company outsold Ford and GM in electric vehicle sales in the US, and plans to continue its success.

Hyundai’s new smart electric vehicle plant is part of their strategy. This technology hub provides a unique experience through flexible car customization, virtual reality, and test drives. The plant can produce 30,000 electric vehicles per year.

Hyundai uses “robot dogs” at its new plant

Robots in the new plant perform various tasks, including assembly, inspection, production and processing of components. They help customers customize their vehicles and interact with the Hyundai brand.

The company has also entered into a partnership with Amazon to sell its electric vehicles on the platform. Hyundai’s President of Global Development expressed optimism about the future of electric vehicles and plans to expand its presence in the US market.
