Inguar armored vehicles of NATO model to be produced in Ukraine

Inguar Defense has started assembling the Inguar armored vehicle prototype. The company posted photos of the machine’s structural elements on Facebook.

The Inguar armored vehicle belongs to the MRAP class. It was developed by Ukrainian engineers according to NATO standards. The armored vehicle is equipped with a guided combat module. It is armed with a DShK machine gun. In addition to the module with a machine gun, the Inguar received six guides for firing smoke grenades.

If desired, the armored vehicle can be equipped with a module with a 30-mm cannon or two Amulet ATGMs. The manufacturer of these modules is Luch Design Bureau.

Inguar has four wheels as standard. The 6×6 version can carry 122 mm MLRS and a launcher for British Brimstone missiles.

Last fall, Ukrainian Special Forces took part in preliminary factory tests of the Inguar 1 buggy with a 230 hp power unit. с. During the tests, they accelerated a one-ton car to 120 km/h.
