The Lithuanians purchased a marine drone for Ukraine for $250,000, the drone was named ‘PEACE Dec’, this name received the most votes during the voting.

This was reported by journalist Andryus Tapinas.

‘Lithuanians bought a marine drone for Ukraine for $250,000 and, having collected a staggering 12,000 votes, named it PEACE Dec in just a few hours,’ he said.

According to the journalist, fundraising for one more drone for the Armed Forces is currently underway.

‘We wish peace to the Russian Black Sea Fleet,’ the journalist added.

On November 16, UNITED24 reported that volunteer and blogger Ihor Lachenkov, together with his followers, raised UAH 40 million for four naval drones for the Armed Forces. For sea drones, symbolic names of recently liberated cities and those settlements that are still waiting for deoccupation were chosen. The drones were named Kherson, Sevastopol, Mariupol and Bakhmut.
