Mercedes-Benz to build the tallest residential skyscraper in Dubai by 2026

Premium car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz has entered into a partnership with developer Binghatti Properties to build a luxury skyscraper called Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai.

The 65-storey tower will be located in the heart of Dubai, offering a new vantage point on the Burj Khalifa. The 338-meter-high skyscraper combines elements of Mercedes-Benz’s “Sensual Purity” design philosophy, which is to create spaces that combine timeless beauty with modern functionality.

The brand promises to bring its abilities for luxury and innovation to this residential tower, including smart home technology, intelligent mobility solutions and modern amenities aimed at providing a comfortable and upscale living experience.

Mercedes-Benz Places has joined the ranks of other residential properties of automotive brands such as Bugatti and Bentley.

The project was developed for over a year, focusing on creating a space that emphasizes community living by integrating advanced mobility solutions. The architecture of the tower is to reflect Mercedes-Benz’s commitment to sleek, timeless design, with the hope of providing a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle of the city.

Although details are still being kept under wraps, available renders show a winding tower topped by a curved spire emblazoned with the Mercedes-Benz three-pointed star logo, which is visible when the lights are on.

The building, which is expected to become one of the tallest in Dubai, will have 225 apartments, as well as restaurants, a gym, lounges, exhibition halls and VIP parking lots.

The construction of the tower, which is being carried out by Binghatti, is scheduled to be completed in 2026. The world will be able to get to know Mercedes-Benz Places better during the presentation scheduled for January 24, 2024.
