monobank is developing a new Expirenza application that will improve the experience of visiting restaurants

Ukrainian neobank monobank is developing a new app called Expirenza, which is designed to make it easier for customers to visit restaurants. The bank’s co-founder, Mykhailo Rogalsky, spoke about the main features of the app in an interview with DOU.

According to him, Expirenza will allow users to pay bills in a restaurant, store a list of favorite dishes, and delight friends with pleasant surprises.

“I want to recreate the Uber story in a restaurant so that people can eat, get up and leave without having to pay the bill at all. We realize that this app is not for everyone. It will be useful for those who regularly go to restaurants and like it,” Mykhailo explained.

In addition to the standard bill payment features, the app is planning to add “food lists” similar to playlists, but with dishes. Users will be able to save their favorite dishes, share them with friends, and find recommendations from others.

According to the plans, a “treat” function will also be introduced, which will allow users to treat their friends using their contacts and saved data.

The app provides a loyalty system within partner establishments, for example, every tenth coffee can be a gift. As for delivery services, the app does not currently offer this option.

We would like to remind you that monobank already offers the Expirenza online service for food service establishments. This service allows customers to familiarize themselves with the menu using a QR code, pay the bill, and leave a tip without the waiter’s involvement.
