Motorola is preparing a flagship with Snapdragon 8 Gen2

Motorola, controlled by the Lenovo brand, is working on the creation of a new Moto X40 smartphone. The device has already appeared on the website of the Chinese certifier 3C under the symbol XT2301-5

From the information specified there, it follows that the promising new product will be powered by an as yet unannounced SD8 Gen 2 chipset, will have an FHD+ screen, 68W fast charging and a 50MP rear camera main module.

It is assumed that Moto X40 will become one of the most affordable flagships based on the mentioned processing system.

Outside of China, the device will most likely be sold under the name Moto Edge 40 Pro.
