American billionaire Elon Musk has published a meme concerning the issue of US military aid with an image of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Elon Musk dedicated a meme to the “suffering” Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who asks for help. He posted the relevant post on X (Twitter).

It depicts a character with the face of the President of Ukraine.
“When five minutes have passed and you haven’t asked for a billion dollars in aid,” the caption reads.
