Nagorno-Karabakh army surrenders: video of how equipment and weapons were handed over to Azerbaijan

The army of the so-called “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic” handed over all weapons to Azerbaijani units, from assault rifles to cannons.

Videos of Karabakh separatists disarming as part of a ceasefire agreement between the warring parties have emerged, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reports.

In addition, official Baku said that disarmed and demobilized soldiers are guaranteed to leave Karabakh through two corridors at once. This applies to both the career military of the Armenian Armed Forces and those militants who were considered the “army of the NKR.”

The military arsenal handed over by the disarming separatists is impressive. According to the Azerbaijani side, as of September 25, the NKR members handed over 8 armored vehicles, 37 field artillery pieces, MLRS and mortars, more than 3,200 small arms, anti-tank weapons and portable anti-aircraft systems. In addition, the militants of the unrecognized “NKR” handed over about 435 thousand pieces of ammunition.

It has become known that guns and other military equipment, as well as BCs, are being transported to a special Azerbaijani assembly point located in the Kelbajar district.
