Romanian farmers block checkpoints on the border with Ukraine

As a reminder, the blocking of traffic for trucks in Romania on the border with Ukraine also continues at two more checkpoints – Siret-Porubne and Vicovu de Sus-Krasnoilsk.

On January 15, the Romanian Ministry of Agriculture and the farmers reached an agreement that met several of the protesters’ demands, but the protests continue.

At the same time, all the directions that were blocked have been unblocked on the border with Poland.

On December 6, the Shehyni crossing point was unblocked, and the other three directions have recently been unblocked: Rava-Ruska, Krakivets, and Yahodyn.
