Nigeria is the first African country where Elon Musk’s satellite internet appeared

SpaceX has updated the Starlink coverage map. Satellite Internet is already available in Africa.

The first African country where Starlink appeared was Nigeria. The American aerospace company has provided broadband access throughout the country.

Prices have not been officially announced. Previously, there was information that the cost of connecting Starlink in Nigeria will be $600, and the monthly fee for the tariff – according to various sources, $43 or $60.

In the near future, Elon Musk’s company may launch satellite Internet in one more African country. SpaceX has permission to operate Starlink in Mozambique.
