Night attack on Odesa. Rescuers showed footage of the destroyed seaport and the adjacent hotel

Rescuers demonstrated the consequences of the nighttime shelling of the Odesa maritime station by Russian troops. The building and the adjacent hotel were destroyed as a result of the strike.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Odesa region and the Southern Defense Forces.

According to the rescuers, the hotel at the Odesa seaport was a landmark and a bright attraction for everyone who had ever been to the city. Today, Putin’s army destroyed it.

In addition, the Southern Defense Forces also showed footage of the aftermath of the night attack on the seaport.

The hotel’s co-owner, Andriy Stavnitser, has already responded to the occupiers’ latest war crime and said that the hotel will be rebuilt.

The rescuers also released footage of the aftermath of the shelling at the seaport.

The video shows how the Odesa hotel and the seaport look like after the night attack by Russians. It is known that there were no casualties, and the fire that broke out was quickly extinguished.

Night attack on Odesa and the region

As a reminder, Odesa region suffered during the night attack. For example, the Odesa seaport sustained significant damage: a fire broke out in the building of the station hotel, which has been out of service for several years, and was quickly extinguished, but the building was destroyed.

In addition, grain storage facilities were destroyed by Onyx missiles in Odesa region.

Shell fragments also damaged the warehouses of a business and a private house in the suburbs of Odesa.

The blast wave smashed windows in several buildings, injuring one civilian woman, who received medical assistance.
