“Nova Poshta cancels payment for forwarding shipments in Ukraine
Nova Poshta has canceled the payment for forwarding across Ukraine for parcels that are still in transit.

The forwarding service will be free of charge if the shipment has not yet been delivered to its final destination – a post office, post office machine, or handed over to a courier for delivery to the address.
We made it possible for our customers to receive parcels exactly where it is convenient for them and not to overpay for delivery if they mistakenly entered the wrong recipient’s address or changed the place of receipt. We decided that our customers shouldn’t have to pay for this, so now the forwarding service for parcels that are still in transit is free.

You can forward a Nova Poshta parcel that is on the way without paying:
- from a branch/post office/address to a branch/post office;
- if forwarding to the address, you will need to pay for the delivery by courier.
You can order a forwarding via the Nova Poshta mobile app or the business office on the website.
How to set up a forwarding in the Nova Poshta app:
- select the item you want to forward;
- select the “Call Forwarding” service;
- fill in the data for the new delivery location;
- click “Change delivery location”.
If you change the place of receipt after the parcel has arrived or been handed over to the courier for delivery, the delivery will be charged and calculated as for a new shipment.
Earlier, Nova Poshta’s forwarding service was free of charge only within the city limits.
