Nova Poshta has developed “box machines” for fast parcel delivery
This year, Nova Poshta will launch “box machines” – devices that automate the sale of packaging. This was reported in the innovation department of the NP – R&D.
According to the company, this development is designed to simplify the life of everyone who often sends parcels.
The device can sell one unit of packaging in just eight seconds. For comparison, it takes a customer an average of one minute to buy one box from an operator in a branch.
Another “trick” is the sale of the latest types of boxes that can be quickly packed without using tape. The stock of boxes in one machine is up to 100 pieces, and there are four different types of boxes for shipments weighing up to 3 kg.
The cost of a new box is 30% more expensive than a regular one. However, it is an addition to the service that creates additional value.
“Don’t be afraid to make new products more expensive. If the customer doesn’t buy them, we simply won’t produce them,” commented Volodymyr Popereshnyuk, co-founder of Nova Poshta.
