Nova Poshta has launched a delivery service to post offices and delivery points in the Czech Republic
From now on, delivery of documents and parcels weighing up to 10 kg from Ukraine to the Czech Republic can be ordered not only to the recipient’s address or to a Nova Post office, but also to 2700 partner post offices and delivery points.
The shipment can be arranged both from Ukraine and at the Nova Post branch in Prague with delivery to a post office or pickup point in any city in the Czech Republic. The delivery time from Ukraine to a post office or delivery point in the Czech Republic is 5 business days. The parcel is stored in the post office for 3 days, and then it will be forwarded to the Nova Post office. At the point of delivery, the parcel can wait for the recipient for 5 days.

Please note that the maximum size of a parcel to a post office is 50x50x50 cm, and 100x50x50 cm to a delivery point.
The cost of delivery from Ukraine to the Czech Republic to GLS delivery points and AlzaBoxes remains at the level of the tariff for delivery to Nova Post offices in the Czech Republic:
– documents – 250 UAH
– parcels up to 2 kg – 400 UAH
– parcels up to 10 kg – 600 UAH
The cost of delivery to a post office or pickup point between cities in the Czech Republic:
– documents – 60 CZK
– parcels up to 2 kg – 70 CZK
– parcels up to 10 kg – 110 CZK
How to receive a parcel at an AlzaBox post office:
1. Enter the authorization code from the SMS or e-mail on the mailbox display.
2. After entering the authorization code, your cell will open.
3. Pick up the parcel.
4. Close the mailbox door tightly.

1. Enter the PIN code from the SMS message.
