“Nova Poshta now allows sending parcels from Poland to Ukraine via InPost post offices – 24/7
“Nova Poshta has launched a new service in Poland. Now, documents and parcels weighing up to 25 kg can be sent not only from a Nova Post branch or by courier from an address, but also through Inpost post offices.
The service of sending from an InPost post office is available 24/7. Customers can arrange delivery to a Nova Poshta branch, post office or address. Delivery time to Ukraine from a post office is 3 days.
How to send a parcel from Poland to Ukraine through the InPost post office:
- Pack the shipment in a box yourself.
- You can fill out a waybill in the Nova Post mobile app, on the website or in your personal account.
- Pay for the shipment online and receive an access code to the post office box via SMS, e-mail or the Nova Post app. Please note that the access code is universal and gives you access to any post office machine, provided there are free cells.
- Choose a convenient InPost post office on the map.
- Go to the post office and enter the access code on the post office screen. Or you can scan the QR code from the Nova Post app. All prompts will be displayed on the screen of the post office machine.
- Put the parcel in the mailbox when it opens. After downloading, be sure to close the cell.
- The parcel can be sent through the InPost post office within 72 hours after payment. If you do not send the parcel within this time, the user will automatically receive a refund to the card within the next 14 days.
The cost of delivery from post offices is the same as from a Nova Post branch in Poland:
- documents (8*38*64 cm) – 40 PLN
- parcel up to 2 kg (8*38*64 cm) – 45 PLN
- parcel up to 10 kg (19*38*64 cm) – 65 PLN
- parcel up to 25 kg (41*38*64 cm) – 90 PLN
Until September 30, everyone who issues a waybill through the Nova Post mobile app for delivery via a post office will receive a 10% discount on delivery to Ukraine.
