“Now you’re not SuperCam, you’re super-junk”: Ukrainian anti-aircraft unit shows how they shot down enemy UAVs

The air defense unit of Mykolaiv paratroopers shot down three enemy unmanned aerial vehicles over the day, including SuperCam and Zala.

The details were posted on Facebook by the 79th separate air assault brigade.

The soldiers noted that Russian troops are constantly trying to conduct aerial reconnaissance of Ukrainian paratroopers in the near rear, using various operational and tactical drones.

The Russian occupiers are hindered by the air defense units of the 79th separate air assault brigade. Thus, during the day, Ukrainian anti-aircraft gunners destroyed 3 operational and tactical UAVs: 2 SuperCam and Zala.

“Together to Victory! The Airborne Forces are always the first! Glory to Ukraine!” the post reads.

The unit also noted that five days earlier, the 79th paratroopers destroyed two more enemy drones. The total number of enemy “birds” downed was 5 UAVs within five days.
