Operation “Stones from the Sky”: Ukrainian Armed Forces strike at Russian airfield in Kherson region – media (video)

The Russian Armed Forces deployed three Russian An-12 military transport aircraft in Tarasivka. The hangar of the airport was shelled with “special shells”.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces strike at the occupiers’ airfield in the village of Tarasivka in Kherson region. The Russians suffered losses, in particular, two aircraft were damaged. This was reported by ASTRA.

“On the morning of November 18, an airfield in the occupied village of Tarasivka on Magistralna Street came under fire. Two Russian military transport aircraft An-12 were damaged as a result of the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and the hangar was also damaged,” the publication writes.

Nothing is known about the victims.

The Ukrainian telegram channel “Mykolaiv Vanek” previously reported on explosions in occupied Tarasivka. Another date of the attack is mentioned here – November 17.

“In the Tarasivka area, locals report some kind of unscheduled festival. They say something that used to be equipment is detonating, black smoke is visible, and military vehicles are running around. The K*tsap liberators crawled out of the houses they were occupying. Something must have happened,” the message says.

Later, the telegram channel “Mykolaiv Vanek” published the moment of arrival. The footage shows that the strike hit the building at the airport and virtually nothing remained of it. Concrete fragments hit Russian aircraft parked nearby.

“And here is the reason for the detonation on 17.11 near Tarasivka, namely at the Tarasivka airfield 46.424165, 33.056157. They came in black jeeps to evacuate someone, but there was no one to evacuate. They were practicing with special shells codenamed “stones from the sky,” commented Mykolaiv Vanek.

We would like to remind you that three groups of Russian Armed Forces scouts mysteriously disappeared in the area of Avdiivka in Donetsk region in a few days. They were sent on an important mission, but none of the 28 people returned.
