PrivatBank has launched a service that will help customers facing fraud attempts to immediately inform the bank about such cases and instantly receive help or advice from the bank in the Privat24 mobile application.
This was reported by the bank’s press service.
The urgent fraud reporting service in Privat24 contains all the necessary measures to prevent further fraud attempts and minimize risks for the client, and in some cases automatically create a refund request.
You can use the service when:
– fraudsters have debited money from the card
– the paid for goods or services have not been delivered
– transferred personal data to third parties
– a link to a suspicious website is received
– I had contact with fraudsters.
To get help from the bank, you need to answer simple questions in the “Report fraud” section.
PrivatBank also encourages customers to use the new service to report information about fraudulent (phishing) websites and suspicious phone numbers.
