PrivatBank was the first in Ukraine to introduce an online collateral monitoring service.

“PrivatBank customers who have purchased a car on credit or lease no longer need to spend extra time checking the collateral,” the financial institution said.
According to Larysa Chernysheva, the bank’s Risk Management Board Member, the service allows clients to independently pass the inspection in a mobile application without a physical inspection of the property by a bank representative.
To successfully pass the online monitoring of a pledged car, you need to take a photo online according to the instructions and tips in the Privat24 app, fill out a questionnaire and sign it with a SmartID electronic signature.
