Russia announces a new modification of the Lancet UAV, which will be “impossible to fight” (video)

The Russian Federation demonstrated modified Lancet unmanned aerial vehicles.

The story was broadcast on the Russian TV channel Rossiya 1.

It is reported that the new UAV is designed to launch a group strike. For this purpose, a launcher for several drones was developed. There is also an individual launch container.

“After flying out of the container, the Lancet spreads its wings and heads for the target. Such containers can easily be used to build a combination for volley fire,” the story says.

Alexander Zakharov, chief designer of the Zala Aero group of companies, said that it will be “almost impossible to fight modified UAVs.” According to him, the drone has already undergone a series of combat experiments at the level of fully automatic use.

“The new Lancet should fit into the concept of network-centered warfare, when a swarm of kamikaze drones is united by a neural network into a single unit. For example, if one drone finds a group target, all the others already know about it,” Russian television claims.
