Russian company Bitrix24 finally stops working in Ukraine
Access to the portal will be impossible, and the data will be completely deleted
Starting June 1, the on-premise version of the system will operate under a limited license, and a number of functionalities will become unavailable.
All companies that use the cloud service from Bitrix24 have received this message.
“According to the most conservative estimates, more than 80 thousand people from more than 10 thousand Ukrainian companies use the Bitrix24 CRM system. For 15 years, the company has actually captured the market, so it is extremely difficult to “get off the needle” of the usual, albeit toxic software,” says Lyubomyr Doroshenko, Head of Customer and Partner Sales at GigaCloud.
According to the expert, users who have not yet migrated from Bitrix24 have several scenarios. The first one is to download data from Bitrix24 to conditional Excel to save it from complete loss and continue working in tables. This option may be suitable for small businesses, such as a niche online store.
The second option is to choose an alternative software based on the specifics of your company’s work and software budget. It can be a Ukrainian or foreign solution.
To recap: On April 15, 2023, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees enacting the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council on the application and amendment of personal sanctions.
