Russian patrol boat “Raptor” split in half and sank (photo)

A Russian patrol boat “Raptor” split in two off the coast of Crimea.

The Raptor project 03160 patrol boats are a series of Russian high-speed coastal patrol boats. The fastest naval vessels in service with the Russian Navy. The project was developed by the Leningrad Shipyard Pella Design Bureau on behalf of the Russian Navy. The boats are being built at the Pella shipyard in the city of Otradnoe, Leningrad Region.
