Russian special services have access to Telegram messenger – Budanov

Entrepreneur Yaroslav Azhnyuk, who founded Petcube, talked to Kirill Budanov and Mikhail Fedorov about the reliability and security of messengers. He announced this on Twitter.

Azhniuk’s message emphasizes that FSB officers have access to Telegram. He was informed about this by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate. As for the Viber messenger, the major general called it “created for espionage.” According to Budanov, it is not necessary to be a target of surveillance to correspond on Viber.

According to the businessman, the head of military intelligence agreed that the problem of unreliable messengers should be discussed publicly. Azhniuk agreed with Mikhail Fedorov to study the facts that may indicate that Telegram developers are connected to Russian special services.
