Samsung announced a 32-inch 4K gaming monitor with the Tizen operating system

‘Samsung’ introduced a gaming monitor called Dragon Knight G7 exclusive to the Chinese market.

The device visually resembles the Odyssey series distributed outside the Celestial Empire. Based on this, some technobloggers believe that the new product will debut on the global market under the name ‘Samsung Odyssey 32’.

The monitor uses a 4K IPS UHD/144Hz/400 nits display with 95 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut.

Reduction of ‘picture’ gaps when using AMD/NVIDIA cards is achieved due to AMD FreeSync Premium Pro/NVIDIA G-SYNC support. The monitor runs on the Tizen operating system and boasts an adjustable stand and DisplayPort 1.4/ HDMI 2.1 interfaces.

The cost of the device for the Chinese public is ¥4999 ($717). You can buy the new product on the JD.com site in China. The international version, called the Samsung Odyssey 32″, may be presented at the January CES 2023 forum in Las Vegas.
