The day before, a missile attack was launched on the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. Today, Ukraine disclosed details of the operation, dubbed “Crab Trap”.

The strike was officially confirmed by the Special Operations Forces.
At the same time, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, said that at least nine people were killed and 16 were injured. There are Russian generals among them.

Some media outlets report that the strike killed the commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Admiral Viktor Sokolov. However, Ukrainian intelligence currently has no information on his condition.
In addition, Budanov did not officially confirm the use of Western missiles. However, photos and videos that have emerged indicate that the strike was carried out by SCALP EG or Storm Shadow cruise missiles. At the same time, Sky News reports that it was the British version that was used.
