SpaceX cancels record-breaking Falcon Heavy rocket launch (video)

The launch of SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy rocket was scheduled for July 27 at 06:04 Kyiv time from Pad 39A of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, but for unknown reasons, the team canceled the launch 65 seconds before launch, Space reports.

According to the company, the next launch attempt is scheduled for July 28 at the same time. If the launch takes place, it will be available to watch live on space.com.

So far, Falcon Heavy has made six successful launches, including three since November 2022. The rocket was launched for the first time in February 2018, when it lifted Elon Musk’s red Tesla Roadster into the sky with a mannequin in a spacesuit named Starman at the wheel.

In addition, the Falcon Heavy is considered the second most powerful rocket, with a force of 22.25 million newtons at launch. Only NASA’s Space Launch System (SLS) is more powerful than it, with a force of 39.16 million newtons.
