SpaceX plans to make 12 flights per month in 2024
SpaceX plans to increase the number of launches to 100 rockets by the end of the year and has an ambitious goal of launching 144 flights a year starting in 2024. This was reported by Ars Technica.
One of SpaceX’s goals is to expand satellite communications services for users. The company plans to upgrade its constellation of satellites to support the demand for communication. SpaceX also plans to provide direct mobile communication with the Starlink satellite.
The company has already started cooperation with the American operator T-Mobile to provide this service to its subscribers. It is expected to allow users to connect with their satellites using a regular smartphone. SpaceX is also developing medium-sized Starlink satellites for launch on a Falcon 9 rocket to enable voice and data coverage. However, these services may not be available until 2025.
