Starting from September 1, Ukrtransbezpeka will not allow vehicles that do not meet the requirements of Euro 2 or do not have the relevant documents to leave the country.
Starting September 1, passenger vehicles that do not meet environmental standards will not be allowed to go abroad, Ukrtransbezpeka reported. The minimum requirement for the environmental class is EURO-2.
Thus, if the passenger vehicle does not have an environmental class or the specified class is EURO-1, it will be impossible to apply for the “18-60” border crossing.
Therefore, by August 31, owners of vehicles with no environmental class or EURO-1 should update their data.
In addition, starting from September 1, license applications will also need to be attached:
- information on the licensee’s own, rented, loaned or leased vehicles, copies of vehicle registration certificates certified by the applicant;
- temporary registration coupons, if they are required to be issued.
