The 35th Separate Mechanized Brigade showed how they liberated Urozhayne from the occupants (video)

The Ministry of Defense officially announced the liberation of Urozhayne – the 35th Brigade showed how they drove the occupiers out of the settlement

Ukrainian Defense Forces have liberated Urozhayne in Volnovakha district of Donetsk region, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Malyar officially announced today, August 16.

According to her, the Ukrainian military is now consolidating the achieved milestones and continuing offensive actions.

Later, a video from the liberated Urozhayne was published by the press service of the 35th Separate Marine Brigade, whose soldiers, together with the 38th Separate Marine Brigade, as well as other units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, participated in the de-occupation of the settlement.

In the video, the brigade’s press service shows footage of our military liberating the village from the Russians. In particular, at 0:10-0:15 seconds, you can see a possible strike by JDAM guided missiles on the occupiers’ positions in high-rise buildings.

Also interesting is the moment with a group of occupants running away on the road under the watchful eye of a reconnaissance drone.

More detailed footage from this episode was previously released, showing the occupiers fleeing under the explosions of cluster munitions in the direction of Zavetne Zahidya.
