The Cabinet of Ministers is preparing a mechanism for booking employees through the Diia portal
The main difference between the new approach is the abandonment of the paper booking format in favor of an electronic one, Forbes writes, citing a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The CMU resolution does not make any significant changes to the concept of armor: as before, only 50% of employees subject to military service can be reserved, and only for enterprises that are critical to the economy.
If a company wants to reserve more than half of the employees subject to conscription, additional justification is required.
How does the process work? The head of the company (or a person authorized by him/her) must be identified in Diia and submit a list of employees for booking in any form, as well as information about the company.
To make a reservation, you need to provide the following information about the employee: surname, name, passport details, identification code, military service status (private, sergeant, commissioned officer, or officer), military specialty number, type of military registration document (series and number, if available), and a note on the position of the head or deputy head of the company. Company data: full name, address and EDRPOU.
The program can block the submission of the list if the company has exceeded the limits on the number of booked employees, has not specified the number of persons liable for military service in the TCC, or has open administrative proceedings for violation of mobilization legislation.
If the process is successful, the head of the company certifies the list with an electronic signature. The data is then checked against the data in the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service and Reservists. In case of successful verification, a reservation mark is immediately generated in the registry, and a corresponding certificate is generated in Diia.
You can book an employee for six or one month.
Reservations may be canceled in the event of a company’s closure or dismissal of an employee, as well as if the company has completed a contract for the production of goods and services for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
