The eReservation service for obtaining a deferment from military service will be available in Diia
The Ministry of Economy has announced the launch of an electronic system for booking specialists based on Diia. According to Forbes, it will be available to users by the end of the year.
According to legal expert Dmytro Zinchenko of Diia.City, the technical part of the system was developed by experts from the Ministry of Digital Transformation. The Ministry of Economy is responsible for the organizational part. Everything rests on the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution on the regulation of the system’s interaction with the Pension Fund, the State Tax Service, authorities and business. The Ministry of Economy has already prepared a draft document. The launch of eBronzing will significantly speed up the approval of lists of Ukrainian citizens exempt from mobilization.
With the launch of the new service, employers will be able to see the number of employees available for booking. The data will be uploaded from the registers of central authorities, the General Staff of the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defense. Through eBronzing, it will be possible to check any employee for military specialty, reservation rights, and the obligation to update data in the TCC. If the employee meets the requirements established by law, they can be booked for up to six months.
