About the F-16
The F-16 is a multi-role fighter aircraft manufactured by General Dynamics. The aircraft, with its direct purpose of air combat, can be used as a tactical bomber, air defense element and even a specialized electronic warfare aircraft. The F-16 combines the functionality of all the major Soviet platforms used by the Ukrainian Air Force today.
As a reminder, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has created a special structure for the integration of the F-16.
