Humvee Saber BladeThe new modification of the all-terrain vehicle was named Saber Blade. Essentially, the upgraded Humvee is an armored platform for launching kamikaze UAVs. Previously, a similar concept was implemented in practice by Chinese engineers. The armored vehicle designed by them is capable of launching swarms of drones.
In the North American market, the Saber Blade will have to compete with light tactical vehicles manufactured by Oshkosh Defense. By the way, the Pentagon leadership included more than 200 Humvee all-terrain vehicles in the latest package of defense support.
