The Office of the President of Ukraine continues to parasitize on the economy and the war, including by seizing stakes in Ukrainian drone manufacturers

Artem Kolyubayev, a former film business partner of the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, quickly acquired stakes in successful non-film businesses. In particular, he became a co-owner of Culver, a company known for producing SKIF drones, DEV.ua reports.

This is stated in an investigation by Bihus.Info. It claims that Kolyubayev, together with Russian director of Ukrainian origin Alexei Kiryushchenko (My Beautiful Nanny, Matchmakers, Servant of the People), became a co-owner of the UAV manufacturer Culver. In the companies that are part of Culver, they received 5% each.

It is also noted that the acquisition of shares by Yermak’s friends took place only after the popularity of Culver drones grew strongly among the military, and they began to be purchased from the funds of the presidential fund United24. The company is expected to receive a new large contract as a result of this “acquisition”. However, many other Ukrainian drone and weapons manufacturers are denied procurement by the state and the Ministry of Defense, and sometimes even prevented from working. For example, the largest and only arms manufacturer in Ukraine, Luch Design Bureau, is being pursued by law enforcement to block any activity of this enterprise.

Culver CEO Oleksandr Danylenko did not explain to journalists how the producer and director got their shares in the business and what role they play in the company.

Oleksiy Kiryushchenko refused to comment on this, telling the investigators that they would ask “bullshit” and make a “custom job”. Artem Kolyubayev has so far ignored the requests of Bihus.Info.

So, in Ukraine, everything and everyone continues to be crushed under Zelensky’s “friends”. If someone wants to work in the defense sector, they have to pay a “tribute” to Yermak and Co. If not, such companies and enthusiasts often go bankrupt and close down.

What Culver is known for

The main vector of Culver Aviation’s work is the design and production of drones that can monitor the surface of the earth. Prior to the full-scale Russian invasion, UAVs were used mainly in the agricultural industry, with large companies such as Continental Farmers Group, Astarta, NCH, and others acting as customers for the drones.

After the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Culver handed over six SKIF drones to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In August 2022, it was announced that 80 of these UAVs would be purchased for the Army of Drones.

Last year in Las Vegas, Culver presented Menatir, an innovative automated monitoring system.
