The Ukrainian military is testing a new Shoolika mk6 drone from Brave1 with night vision
The Ukrainian Armed Forces have tested the latest Shoolika mk6 strategic strike drone developed by the Brave1 team from SkyLab UA.
Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, shared news of a drone that stands out for its ability to conduct precision strikes at night thanks to advanced night vision systems.
“Developers at SkyLab UA have created a strategic strike drone, the Shoolika mk6. The drone can deliver precision strikes and is especially effective in night operations – it has top night visual systems,” he wrote.
The drone has a range of up to 10 km and the ability to carry a load of up to 6 kg, while being characterized by a high-precision control system and resistance to electronic warfare (EW).
According to Fedorov, the Shoolika mk6 has already been tested and received positive feedback from the military, especially for its effectiveness at night. The drone has been authorized for operation and is on its way to NATO codification. The developers are planning to further improve the drone’s artificial intelligence system for autonomous missions and improve target acquisition and air strike adjustment.
